Knitting
We produce knit structures with precision, ensuring consistency in fit, density, and overall quality. Most of our production is 14 gauge, with 12, 7, 5, and 3 gauge also available depending on the design and material requirements.
Washing & Finishing
Washing and finishing processes define the final hand feel, stability, and performance of each garment. We carefully manage these stages to achieve the desired softness, shape retention, and overall consistency.
Assembly
Garments are assembled with attention to construction details, ensuring consistency in fit and overall structure. Our process supports different styles and complexities while maintaining reliable production standards.
Ironing
Through a careful pressing process, each garment is shaped, refined, and prepared to achieve its intended look and feel. This stage plays a key role in ensuring proper form and setting the foundation for final inspection before delivery.
Quality Control & Packaging
Each garment undergoes a final quality check to ensure it meets agreed production standards. Pieces are then carefully prepared, folded, and packaged for delivery in a consistent and reliable manner.
